RATS
We offer a rat control program to deal with any of your rat issues. This program involves a complete inspection to determine the level of infestation. This includes an exterior inspection to determine possible entry points in the residence. Once the rats have been determined to be present, a quotation will be sent out to the customer for review and approval. Upon approval of the program, the traps will be placed and baited but NOT yet set at this time. This is because rats are neophobic; afraid of changes. For the following 2-3 weeks the rats will become accustomed to the traps and will require service at minimum every other day to ensure that there is bait on the traps. After this period the traps will be set, and initial checks will be conducted daily until catch numbers have been reduced. At that point the technician will decide on the frequency of service from that point on. Service will continue until the technician feels that the situation under control.

Squirrels
For squirrels, first, we do a thorough inspection. Inspecting all exterior soffit/fascia, roof line, flashing, roof vents, shingle ridge, steel ridge, chimneys, crawl space vents, and access points.
Once inspection is complete we will provide a professional quote for humane removal, repair, and clean-out. We recommend using exclusion traps for humane removal. All potential entry points need to be properly sealed before exclusion traps can be placed on primary entrance holes. This process can be extensive and time consuming depending on the structure. Once all the squirrels have been removed, we then seal the remaining primary entrance hole. This can be done with products that we manufacture in house.
NOTE: When calling about a quote for squirrel problems, please be prepared to answer informative questions about your house as well as the problems you are having.

Raccoons
For Raccoon issues we will perform a complete exterior inspection. the exterior inspection will include all soffits, fascias, roof lines, vallies, and flashing around the roof line. It will also include manually lifting the roof lines to confirm that they are not compromised. Chimneys, and crawl spaces will also be inspected if they are present. The exterior inspection will also include foundation vents and access points. After the exterior inspection has been conducted, the technician will pursue a plan of action that is suited to the needs of the customer. This could include removing any baby raccoons as they are the best option for catching the mother. After the traps with the babies are set they will be checked several times a day. It usually does not take long for the mother to find them. If there are no babies present then a trap with bait will be set close to an entrance or travel path of the raccoon. The trap must be monitored at least every 24 hours until the raccoon is caught. From this point on the technician may advise you to move forward with future preventative measures to eliminate raccoon problems. This can be done with products that we manufacture in house.

Bats
For bat issues we will perform an extensive inspection to the attic areas, as well as exterior points of entry to look for potential signs of the presence of bats. These are typically grease marks and droppings from the bats. From that point on, we recommend a bat exclusion program. This entails sealing up all holes that are as big or bigger than 1/4 of an inch, to prevent any further bat entries. In some cases damaged soffit or fascia must be repaired or replaced. A one way funnel will be placed to allow the bats to leave and exclude them from the structure. The funnel will be removed 1-2 weeks later, after the bats have gone. We effectively and humanely remove and prevent bats from returning. We offer services to deal with the potential problems that bats can pose these include: the removal of bat droppings and contaminated insulation (Clean out), Sanitizing and deodorizing your attic area. We also offer warranties for our services.
